Darlene Kuzmic has had vast experience in real estate since the age of 19, assisting Mohammad Ali in Louisville KY with multi-family conversion of over 10,000 homes to Section 8 for many low-income families in the west end of Louisville. She worked as a Project Manager for a large syndication firm in New York City through a property management firm in Princeton, New Jersey, managing and providing property audits for large commercial high-rise buildings, shopping centers, and large apartment complexes in several states, traveling extensively for over 7 years. She is a CPM, Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and has held this designation since 1984.

Since 2003, Darlene has been successful in real estate sales as one of the top producers here in Columbus, ranking in the top 1% of individual sales representatives. Her purpose is to “give back”.
